- Feeding Support - guidance and suggestions for breastfeeding and formula issues
- Settling and sleep - gentle techniques to encourage better sleep
- Tips and suggestions to help you and your partner manage when baby isn't sleeping well
- Referral to appropriate professional services eg. Lactation Consultants
- Entertaining older siblings and/or caring for baby while you rest, have a nice long soak in the bath, or just some time out - knowing that baby is safe and close by.
